Sinopse:

Após impedir a invasão dos demônios em Marte e escapar do Inferno no game anterior, Doomguy descobre que a Terra está sendo atacada pelos demônios que estão quase dizimando a humanidade. agora, Doomguy terá que proteger e salvar a Terra e exterminar os demônios de uma vez por todas.

Synopsis:

After stoping the invasion of demons in Mars and escaping from Hell in the previous game, Doomguy learns that Earth is being attacked by demons which are killing almost all the humanity. now, Doomguy has to protect and save the Earth and exterminate the demons once for all.
