Sinopse:
Após eliminar os demônios e expulsá-los da Terra, mandando-os de volta para o Inferno, a Terra passa por uma grande reconstrução após a humanidade quase ser exterminada. O Soldado sobrevivente e responsável por matar os demônios continua a patrulhar a base da UAC no planeta Marte onde ainda estão abertos os portais para as luas Phobos e Deimos. De repente, uma energia maligna lançada pela Mãe dos Demônios toma conta da base e transforma todos os soldados e cientistas em zumbis. Para piorar, a Mãe dos Demônios envia uma horda poderosa de demônios para atacar a base. Agora, Doomguy ( como o protagonista é conhecido ), o único sobrevivente, terá que caçar e eliminar todos os demônios de uma vez por todas.
Synopsis:
After eliminating the demons and expelling them from Earth, sending them back to Hell, the Earth goes through a great reconstruction after humanity is almost exterminated. The surviving soldier responsible for killing the demons continues to patrol the UAC base on Mars where the portals to the Phobos and Deimos moons are still open. Suddenly, an evil energy cast by the Mother Demon takes over the base and turns all the soldiers and scientists into zombies. To make matters worse, the Mother Demon sends a powerful horde of demons to attack the base. Now, Doomguy ( as the protagonist is known ), the only survivor, has to hunt down and eliminate all the demons once and for all.
