Sinopse:

Vários anos se passaram após sua derrota, eis que o Grão-Mestre Meio ressurge para tentar conquistar a Terra mais uma vez, aproveitando que a organização Strider está quase extinta. Porém, sendo o último dos Striders, o jovem Hiryu ( que carrega o mesmo nome do homem que derrotou o Grão-Mestre no passado ) parte para sua nova missão de destruir o Grão-Mestre de uma vez por todas.

Synopsis:

Many years have passed since his defeat, and Grandmaster Meio reappears to try to conquer Earth once again, taking advantage of the fact that the Strider organization is almost extinct. However, being the last of the Striders, the young Hiryu ( who bears the same name as the man who defeated the Grandmaster in the past ) departs for his new mission to destroy the Grandmaster once and for all.
