Sinopse:

Em Tokyo, os eventos são narrados pelo DJ conhecido como Professor K, dono de uma estação de rádio pirata na cidade. O jovem patinador Beat se junta à uma gangue chamada GG’s, com o objetivo de vaguear pelas ruas de Tokyo e grafitar as paredes da cidade. Ao mesmo tempo em que fogem das autoridades, Beat e os GG’s terão que competir por território com outras gangues rivais que tentam espalhar o caos nas ruas de Tokyo.

Synopsis:

In Tokyo, the events are narrated by the DJ known as Professor K, owner of a pirate radio station in the city. The young skater Beat joins a gang called GG’s, aiming to wander the streets of Tokyo and graph the walls of the city. As they flee from the authorities, Beat and the GG’s will have to compete for territory with other rival gangs who try to spread chaos in the streets of Tokyo.
