Sinopse:

Pouco tempo após a destruição de Raccoon City, um helicóptero cai em Sheena Island, uma ilha que pertence à Umbrella Corporation. o piloto, Ark Thompson, é o único que sobrevive, porém acabou perdendo a memória, e para piorar, descobre que a ilha está infestada de zumbis e criaturas que são resultados de experiências com o T-Virus. agora, ao encontrar dois irmãos misteriosos, Ark terá que encontrar um jeito de escapar da ilha.

Synopsis:

Not long after the wipe out of Raccoon City, a helicopter falls in Sheena Island, which belongs to Umbrella Corporation. the pilot, Ark Thompson, is the only survivor, however he had lost his memory, and to get things worse, he learns that the island is overrun by zombies and creatures from the T-Virus. now, by meeting two mysterious twin children, Ark has to find a way to escape from the island.
