Sinopse:

Em um universo alternativo, Superman cai numa armadilha do Coringa, que acaba matando sua esposa Lois Lane e consequentemente destruindo toda Metropolis com uma bomba nuclear. após isso, Superman enlouquece e decide instalar uma nova ordem mundial, impondo suas próprias num regime totalitário e matando vários heróis que se opuserem a ele. enquanto alguns heróis e vilões se juntam a Superman, outros heróis formam um grupo de resistência, liderado por Batman. numa tentativa desesperada de acabar com o regime, Batman convoca as contrapartes dos heróis da Liga da Justiça do universo verdadeiro, incluindo a sua e a de Superman. sendo assim, nossos heróis da Liga da Justiça se juntam à Resistência para derrotar o Superman deste universo e acabar com o regime.

Synopsis:

In an alternative universe, Superman is tricked by The Joker, such trick has killed his wife Lois Lane and destroying Metropolis with a nuclear bomb. after that, Superman gets mad and decides to install a new world order, dictating his own rules in a totalitarian regime and killing a lot of heroes who oppose him. while some heroes and villains joins Superman’s regime, other heroes create a resistance group, the Insurgency, led by Batman. in an attempt to defeat the regime, Batman summons the heroes counterparts of Justice League from the true universe, including his own and Superman’s counterpart. now, the Justice League joins the Insurgency to defeat alternative universe’s Superman and end his regime.
