Sinopse:

Kennedy, enquanto isso, uma estudante chamada Claire Redfield chega à cidade à procura de seu irmão, Chris, que está desaparecido. logo, o caminho de Leon e Claire se cruzam e agora os dois terão que encontrar um lugar seguro na cidade e encontrar sobreviventes para saírem da cidade, ao mesmo tempo em que descobrirão como o vírus chegou à Raccoon City.

Synopsis:
Two months after the incidents of the mansion, the remaining survivors try to punish the Umbrella Corporation, the organization responsable for the T-Virus, by its crimes, but they can’t find any evidences. soon, Raccoon City is mysteriously infected by a new virus type, the G-Virus, created by Umbrella, which turns nearly all the citizens into zombies. with the city in quarantine, a police officer arrives there in his first day of work, his name is Leon S. Kennedy, meanwhile, a student named Claire Redfield arrives in the city in search for his brother, Chris, who is missing. later, Leon and Claire cross their path and now they have to find a safe place in the city and find any survivors to escape from the city, at the same time they will discover how the virus attacked Raccoon City.
