Sinopse:

No ano de 1964, no auge da Guerra Fria, os EUA envia um agente da CIA com o codinome de Snake para se infiltrar numa base localizada na União Soviética, com a missão de resgatar o cientista Sokolov, que está sendo forçado a construir uma arma de guerra conhecida como Shagohod, que possui um poder enorme de destruição. a missão estava prestes a ser concluída, porém Snake descobre que sua antiga mentora, The Boss, traiu Snake e agora está trabalhando para o Coronel Volgin, enquanto Sokolov é capturado novamente pela Unidade Cobra e Snake fica gravemente ferido. Volgin, The Boss e a Unidade Cobra fogem com o protótipo da Shagohod e explodem a base para cobrir o roubo. após isso, a tensão aumenta entre os EUA e a União Soviética, que responsabiliza os EUA pelo ataque nuclear e ameaça atacá-los se os EUA não provar sua inocência em uma semana. agora, já recuperado, Snake é mandado de volta para a União Soviética, agora com a missão de destruir a Shagohod, deter a Unidade Cobra e matar a traidora, The Boss.

Synopsis:

In the year of 1964, during the Cold War, the USA send a CIA agent with the codename, Snake, to infiltrate himself in a facility set in the Soviet Union, with the mission to rescue the scientist Sokolov, who is forced to build a weapon named Shagohod, which has a big power of destruction. the mission was about to be complete, however Snake learns that his old mentor, The Boss, has betrayed Snake and now is working with Colonel Volgin, while Sokolov is captured again by the Cobra Unit and Snake is severaly injured. Volgin, The Boss and the Cobra Unit escape with the prototype of Shagohod and destroy the facility to cover the theft. after that, the tension is hard between USA and Soviet Union, who blames the USA by the nuclear attack and prepares to attack them if the USA can’t prove its innocence in one week. now, having recovered himself, Snake is sent back to the Soviet Union, and now has the mission to destroy the Shagohod, stop the Cobra Unit and to kill the defector, The Boss.
