Sinopse:

Após os eventos de Assassin’s Creed 2, Desmond e seus amigos fogem mais uma vez da Abstergo e encontram um novo esconderijo na antiga vila de Ezio Auditore. eles ainda precisam encontrar a Maçã do Éden antes que ela caia nas mãos da Abstergo. então, Desmond voltará para o Animus, onde irá novamente para o início do século XVI para reviver as memórias Ezio. após derrotar o Papa Alexandre VI, Ezio têm sua vila atacada pelo exército dos Borgia, liderados por César Borgia, o filho do Papa, que rouba a Maçã do Éden, mata seu tio Mario e destrói completamente sua vila. Ezio, com a ajuda de sua mãe e de sua irmã, consegue levar alguns sobreviventes do ataque para fora da vila, agora em ruínas. Ezio decide partir com eles para Roma, onde ele descobre que a cidade toda está dominado pelo exército dos Borgia. mas com a ajuda de Nicolau Maquiavel, Ezio contará com a ajuda de velhos amigos e novos aliados para reconstruir a Irmandade dos Assassinos e destruir o exército de Borgia e libertar Roma.

Synopsis:

After the events of Assassin’s Creed 2, Desmond and his friends escape once again from Abstergo and find a new refugee in the old village of Ezio Auditore. they still need to find the Piece of Eden before it falls in the hands of Abstergo. so, Desmond goes back to the Animus, and goes again to the beginning of the 16th Century to revive Ezio’s memories. after he defeats the Pope Alexander VI, Ezio has his village attacked by the Borgia army, led by Cesare Borgia, the Pope’s son, who steals the Piece of Eden, kills his uncle Mario and destroys all his village. Ezio, with the help of his mother and sister, can take some survivors of the attack out of the village, now in ruins. Ezio decides to go with them to Rome, where he learns that the entire city is dominated by the Borgia army. but with the help of Niccolò Machiavelli, Ezio will have the help of his old friends and new allies to rebuild the Brotherhood of Assassins and destroy the Borgia army, and liberate Rome.
