Sinopse:
Seis meses após os eventos de Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Samus recebe um chamado da Federação Galáctica para ajudá-los a combater mais um ataque dos Piratas Espaciais, com a ajuda de três caçadores de recompensa ( Rundas, Ghor e Gandrayda ). Samus e a Federação conseguem conter o ataque, mas logo são surpreendidos por uma energia maligna, conhecida como Phazon, que ataca Samus e os outros caçadores de recompensa. quando Samus acorda, ela descobre que foi contaminada pela energia Phazon, que corrompe seu hospedeiros. agora, Samus terá que encontrar a cura para se livrar da energia Phazon e destruí-la antes que ela contamine vários planetas, ao mesmo tempo em que terá que enfrentar os outros caçadores, corrompidos pela energia Phazon, e derrotar sua clone maligna, Dark Samus.
Synopsis:
Six months after the events of Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, Samus receives a call from the Galactic Federation to help them to count the attack of the Space Pirates, with the help of three bounty hunters ( Rundas, Ghor and Gandrayda ). Samus and the Federation can count the attack, but later they’re surprised by an evil energy, known as Phazon, which attacks Samus and the other bounty hunters. when Samus awakens, she learns that she was infected by the Phazon energy, which can corrupt its host. now, Samus has to find the cure to free herself from the Phazon energy and destroy it before it can corrupt a lot of planets, meanwhile she has to face the other bounty hunters, now corrupted by the Phazon energy, and destroy her evil doppelganger, Dark Samus.
