Sinopse:
Após os eventos de Street Fighter 2, um novo torneio é realizado, dessa vez, por Gill, líder de uma seita religiosa ( conhecida como Illuminati ) que controla o submundo e agora planeja controlar a Terra. a única forma de deter esta seita é competindo nesse torneio, onde os melhores lutadores do mundo e uma nova geração de lutadores terão que lutar até o fim e derrotar Gill.
Synopsis:
After the events of Street Fighter 2, a new tournament is released, this time, by Gill, who leads a secret religious organization ( known as The Illuminati ) which controls the underworld and now plans to control the Earth. the only way to stop their plans is fighting in this tournament, where the best fighters around the world and a new generation of fighters have to fight until the end and defeat Gill.
